Mary and her family lived for a while in Silver City. They moved to Carson City in approximately 1943. Mary moved to Oregon in 1967, where she lived until her death.
She passed away peacefully with her family surrounding her. Mary was alert and responded to each "I love you" with "I love you too". Her greatest joy was to be out in the sunshine talking, laughing and watching the kids play. Mary was loved and will be missed by so many.
She is survived by twelve grandchildren; twenty-one great grandchildren; One great great grandson and many nieces and nephews.
One son, Curtis Ripetoe, preceded her in death.
