Unlicensed contractor sought

The Nevada State Contractors Board said last week it added an unlicensed contractor who works in northern Nevada to its "Top 10 Most Wanted" list.

Manuel Cristales was added to the list after a felony warrant was issued by the Justice Court of Reno Township in the amount of $15,000 for contracting without a license and diversion of funds. He works in landscaping, sometimes receiving payments from homeowners and then abandoning the projects without completing any work, the board said.
