All suspects are innocent unless proved guilty in court:TUESDAY• 5:47 a.m.: Gary Thomas, 45, of Carson City was arrested in the 4200 block of South Carson Street on a Carson domestic-battery warrant. Bail: $3,000.• 2:10 p.m.: Shannon Fox, 24, and Cory Lyons, 27, both of Carson City, were arrested in the 200 block of David Street on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine and child neglect. Bail: $6,864 apiece.• 3:09 p.m.: Richard Werts, 46, of Carson City was arrested in the 3000 block of Market Street on a District Court violation-of-conditions-of-bail warrant. No bail.• 7:17 p.m.: Martin Witter, 53, of Carson City was arrested in the 600 block of Armory Lane on a charge of domestic battery. Bail: $3,132.Storey CountyThe following people were booked into the Storey County Jail. All suspects are innocent unless proved guilty in court:MONDAY• Thomas Webster, 18, of Lockwood was arrested on a charge of battery domestic violence. Bail: $3,000.TUESDAY• Richard Brown, 51, of Lockwood, was arrested on a charge of battery domestic violence, elder abuse and interception, interruption or delay of a message sent over a telephone line.
