Carson City Health Department’s food-service inspections for Oct. 18. All scores are on a 100-point scale, with points deducted depending on the severity of violations:• Carson High School central kitchen, 1111 S. Saliman St., scored 100 points.• Carson High School culinary arts kitchen, 1111 S. Saliman Road, scored 100 points.• Carson High School gymnasium snack bar, 1111 S. Saliman Road, scored 100 points.• Carson High School Senator’s Cafe, 1111 S. Saliman Road, scored 100 points.• Lifted Caf, 2201 W. College Parkway, scored 95 points. Found strainer basket in the hand sink, corrected on site. The ceiling light fixture in the middle of the kitchen is not shielded.• Papa Murphy’s Take and Bake Pizza, 1894 E. Highway 50 #5, scored 100 points.• Port of Subs, 3721 N. Carson St., scored 99 points. There is no measurable chlorine sanitizer in the wiping cloth storage bucket, corrected on site.• Save Mart Supermarkets Bakery, 3620 N. Carson St., scored 97 points. At least one employee in this department must be a certified food handler during all hours of food operations.• Save Mart Supermarkets Produce Department, 3620 N. Carson St., scored 100 points.• Sonic Drive In, 1856 E. College Parkway, scored 100 points.• Terrie’s Caf, 402 N. Carson St., scored 97 points. Food is stored in containers which are inadequately labeled or unlabeled. Reheating process for potentially hazardous foods (chili, au jus, etc.) is not conducted in a way that minimizes microbial growth.
