The Carson City Senior Center’s inaugural Fight Hunger Show and Shine Car Show to benefit Meals on Wheels is set for 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Aug. 31 and Sept. 1 at Mills Park.
This event features classic cars, music, raffles, food and trophies. Money generated will be used to help feed home-bound seniors.
Vehicle registration costs $25, and vendor booth spaces cost $50.
