All suspects are innocent unless proved guilty in court:WEDNESDAY• 1:53 a.m.: A 19-year-old Carson City man was arrested in the 1500 block of Rand Avenue on suspicion of obstructing and resisting and minor consuming alcohol. Bail: $654.• 7:25 a.m.: A 25-year-old Carson City woman was arrested at Jacobs Way and Tonka Street on a Carson violation-of-a-suspended-sentence warrant. Bail: $1,000.• 11:44 a.m.: Joey Garcia, 28, of Carson City was arrested at Arizona Circle and Colorado Street on suspicion of battery domestic violence. Bail: $3,132.• 2:44 p.m.: Melissa Montgomery, 45, of Carson City was arrested in the 3400 block of Airport Road on suspicion of battery domestic violence.
