The Reno-Carson-Tahoe Chapter of the Appraisal Institute will offer two courses that have been approved for continuing education credit by the Nevada Commission of Appraisers.
A course that provides an update on the National Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice is scheduled on Feb. 28.
A seminar, "Uniform Appraisal Dataset Aftereffects: Efficiency vs. Obligation," is scheduled for March 1.
Both session will run from 8:30 a.m. to 5 pm. at the offices of the Reno Sparks Association of Realtors, 5650 Riggins Court.
