Carson CityThe following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent unless proved guilty in court:MONDAY• 12:08 p.m.: John Jeffery, 46, of Carson City was arrested in the 1400 block of North Stewart Street on suspicion of battery domestic violence. Bail: $3,137.• 12:54 p.m.: A 21-year-old Carson City man was arrested in the 1500 block of Rand Avenue on a failure-to-appear warrant. Bail: $645.• 5:51 p.m.: Miranda Jones, 27, of Carson City was arrested at the Carson City Jail after being transported on a series of Carson warrants. They were three counts of burglary, obtaining an ID for unlawful purposes, making false statements to obtain a driver’s license, two counts of uttering a forged instrument and two counts of obtaining money under false pretenses. Bail: $50,000.• 7:28 p.m.: A 52-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct. Bail: $237.TUESDAY• 2:57 a.m.: A 32-year-old Carson City man was arrested in the 1900 block of North Carson Street on a Reno failure-to-appear warrant. Bail: $622.• 7:47 a.m.: A 43-year-old Carson City man was arrested at North Saliman Road and East William Street on suspicion of driving on a suspended or revoked license and driving on a revoked or suspended registration. Bail: $749.• 11:38 a.m.: Amanda Hayes, 23, of Carson City was arrested in the 200 block of California Street on suspicion of a probation violation and on a contempt-of-court warrant. No bail.• 4:28 p.m.: A 25-year-old South Lake Tahoe man was arrested at the Carson City Jail on a violation-of-a-suspended-sentence warrant. Bail: $3,000. • 5:44 p.m.: Joshua Stephens, 30, of Carson City was arrested at Stewart and William streets on suspicion of DUI, no valid driver’s license, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and failing to yield from a private drive. Bail: $2,290.• 11:01 p.m.: Anthoney Harris, 19, of Carson City was arrested at 3200 Market St. on suspicion of burglary and possession of a dangerous weapon after he allegedly tried to leave a store with more than $700 worth of merchandise in a cart. Harris also allegedly had brass knuckles in his clothes. Bail: $22,500.Storey CountyThe following people were booked into the Storey County Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:MONDAY• Jared Wayne Tode, 33, of Virginia City was arrested on suspicion of battery domestic violence.
