Carter Hargove buys office at Pyramid Way

Carter Hargrove Inc., a psychology, marriage and family counseling practice, has used a financing package through Nevada State Development Corp. and Heritage Bank of Nevada to purchase office space at 924 Pyramid Way.

The 13-year-old practice owned by Drs. James and Anne Carter-Hargrove moved to the 1,380-square-foot space from a leased office approximately a block away.

The practice financed 50 percent of the $146,000 purchase price with a SBA 504 loan, said Lenny See, senior vice president and loan officer for Nevada State Development Corp.

Mark Mckibben of Heritage Bank arranged bank financing of another 40 percent, and the practice put 10 percent down.

Anne Carter-Hargrove said the purchase cut the occupancy expense of the practice by about 25 percent a month.
