Carson grad named to VA position

The John C. Fremont Chapter of the Nevada State Daughters of the American Revolution announced Diane Dehl Olvera has been appointed deputy for the Veterans Affairs Voluntary Service advisory committee for Nevada.

Olvera will be responsible for disseminating information to local Daughters of the American Revolution chapters, presenting education programs, participating in fundraising projects and recruiting volunteers. She is a graduate of Carson High School and resident of Reno.
