Trick or Treat drive collects more than 20,000 pounds of food for FISH in Carson City

The top school during the “Trick or Treat” for FISH food drive was Bethlehem Lutheran with 8,175 total cans collected.

The second place school was Eagle Valley Middle School.

The top classroom who collected the most cans was Mrs. Manning’s fourth grade class from Bethlehem Lutheran. The class wins a free movie showing at the Galaxy Fandango Theatre with popcorn and drink provided courtesy of Carson City Grocery Outlet.

The top classrooms from each of the participating schools will receive an ice cream party courtesy of Model Dairy.

The student collecting the most was Caid Milligan from Bethlehem Lutheran. He will receive $150 gift card from HobbyTown USA in Carson City.

The second place student was Morgan Craghill from Carson Middle School. She receives a $100 gift card to Wal-Mart, courtesy of First Christian Church of Carson City.

The third place student Jessi Yi from Eagle Valley Middle School. He receives a $50 gift card to Wal-Mart, also courtesy of First Christian Church of Carson City.

The total collection this year came to just more than 20,000 pounds of food collected. FISH would like to give a special thanks to all the schools for their support.
