Carson City Health Department’s food-service inspections for July 27. All scores are on a 100-point scale, with points deducted depending on the severity of violations:
Big Lots, 4215 S. Carson St., scored 100 points.
Bodine’s Casino, restaurant, 5650 S. Carson St., scored 100 points.
Dollar General, 3059 E. Highway 50, scored 100 points.
Dotty’s, 4320 S. Carson St., scored 100 points.
Bodine’s Casino, main bar, 5650 S. Carson St., scored 99 points. Broken glass was found at the bottom of the glass chiller.
Bodine’s Casino, sports bar, 5650 S. Carson St., scored 96 points. There was no chlorine residual in the final rinse of the under counter dishwasher, corrected on site.
