Carson Valley Airporter adds Carson City location

Airport shuttle stops at 3 Carson locations

The Carson Valley Airporter, the airport shuttle from Carson City to the Reno-Tahoe International Airport, has added one more stop in Carson City.

It now stops at the Hampton Inn in north Carson, as well as at the Carson Nugget in downtown and at Courtyard by Marriott in south Carson.

WISE business meeting Jan. 22

Michael Salogga of the Business Resource Innovation Center will hold a question and answer session about how to take a business to the next level at Women Inspiring Service and Education’s meeting on Jan. 22 at the Carson Valley Inn in Minden.

Gweneth Pryzbylo of Princess House will be honored as the group’s member of the month.

WISE, open to all women, meets on the fourth Thursday of the month. Meetings provide an opportunity for guests and members to meet, greet and network. The organization offers educational opportunities for women, holds fundraising events for local charities, and offers venues for continuing education.

Check-in is from 11:15 to 11:30 a.m. The meeting begins at 11:45 a.m. and ends promptly at 1 p.m. The cost is $15 for members and $20 for guests.
