Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: White fish, wild rice, mixed vegetables and berries in a cloud.

TUESDAY: Greek salad with salami and Feta cheese, pita bread, orange juice and apple-cranberry crisp.

WEDNESDAY: Fried chicken, potato salad, cream corn, ambrosia and biscuits with honey.

THURSDAY: Rigatoni with red sauce and Italian sausage, spinach salad with strawberries, pears, French bread and margarine.

FRIDAY: Liver and onions or Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, green beans and Jell-O with peaches.

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Hungarian goulash over spinach noodles, peas and carrots, lettuce and tomato salad, whole wheat bread, peach butter and ambrosia.

TUESDAY: Macaroni and cheese with ham, vegetable salad, whole wheat rolls, margarine and raspberry and cranberry salad.

WEDNESDAY: Taco casserole, Spanish rice, seasoned zucchini, pumpkin bread, bananas and apricot and pineapple punch.

THURSDAY: Chicken Caesar salad, vegetable soup, potato salad, whole wheat rolls, margarine and watermelon.

FRIDAY: Birthday luncheon.

Douglas County Senior Center, 1329 Waterloo Lane:

MONDAY: Turkey, bacon and avocado ranch wraps, fruit salad with baby greens and poppy seed dressing and apple turnovers.

TUESDAY: Lemon baked fish, brown rice, three bean salad, bran rolls with peach butter, pureed butternut squash and tangerines.

WEDNESDAY: Barbecue kielbasa on stadium rolls with sauteed onions, baked beans, watermelon and orange and black cupcakes and ice cream.

THURSDAY: Lentil soup, tuna salad sandwiches, yellow squash and cucumber slices, yogurt dip and apple quarters with caramel.

FRIDAY: Roast beef, red potatoes, roasted asparagus, garden salad with blue cheese dressing and coffee ice cream.

Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.:

MONDAY: Chili dogs with chili beans, cheddar cheese and onions, mixed vegetables, Tater Tots and watermelon ice cream.

TUESDAY: Stuffed peppers, spinach spaghetti, mixed greens, Italian dressing, garlic bread and nectarines.

WEDNESDAY: Breaded fish squares, tartar sauce, coleslaw, potato wedges, apricots and cake with plum sauce.

THURSDAY: Barbecue beef sandwiches, corn on the cob, steamed spinach, creamy coleslaw and tapioca pudding.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 9:30: Sausage and eggs, hash browns, peaches, muffins, margarine, V8 and orange juice.

Storey County Senior Citizens Center, corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

MONDAY: Chicken strip salad, garlic bread and fruit.

TUESDAY: Spaghetti, garlic bread and salad.

WEDNESDAY: Pot roast, potatoes, carrots and biscuits.

THURSDAY: Fish tacos, beans and fruit.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 10-11: Blueberry pancakes, ham, eggs and fruit.

Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

MONDAY: Taco casserole, Spanish rice, zucchini, pumpkin bread and bananas.

TUESDAY: Chef salad and bread pudding.

WEDNESDAY: Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, gravy, salad and ice cream.

THURSDAY: Sweet and sour pork, fried rice, egg rolls and peach crisp.

FRIDAY: Barbecue ribs, potatoes, salad and black forest cake.
