Vivian and Mike Moon, Carson City residents since 1975, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on June 12.
The Moons, both now retired, were married on June 12, 1965, in Springfield, Ore. They are the parents of Michelle and Richard Jacobs and Stuart and Heather Moon, and grandparents of Madisson and Bailey Jacobs.
The couple spent a week in Maui to celebrate, followed by a luncheon with family at Tahoe Ridge Winery.
