Carson City Planning Commission to meet Wednesday

Carson City’s Planning Commission meets Wednesday at 1 p.m. rather than on its normal day and time.

The commission, which usually meets on the last Wednesday each month and often at 5 p.m., will meet in the Sierra Room at the Carson City Community Center at 1 p.m. in part because the Airport Authority will meet in the same room that day beginning at 6 p.m.

Among the items on this month’s commission agenda is one asking commissioners to make recommendations to the Board of Supervisors regarding the annual city Master Plan report. The annual recommendations are required by state law.
