Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

TUESDAY: Herb crusted pork chops, baked yams, green beans, pears in juice, whole wheat rolls and unsalted margarine.

WEDNESDAY: Seasoned white fish with lemon, mixed vegetables, apricots, whole wheat rolls and poke cake.

THURSDAY: Loaded turkey sandwiches, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, pickled beets and fresh apples.

FRIDAY: Bacon, lettuce and tomatoes on croissants, bean salad, cottage cheese and fruit, cranberry juice and chocolate pudding.

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

TUESDAY: Beef stew, coleslaw, corn bread, margarine, applesauce and mixed fruit.

WEDNESDAY: Hot turkey sandwiches, peas and carrots, tomatoes vinaigrette, oatmeal raisin cookies and fresh orange sections.

THURSDAY: Taco casserole, Spanish rice, seasoned zucchini, pumpkin bread and apricot pineapple punch.

FRIDAY: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, gravy, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, green salad, dressing, whole wheat bread, margarine, apple crisp, cake and ice cream.

Douglas County Senior Center, 1329 Waterloo Lane:

TUESDAY: Green chili chicken enchiladas, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream and salsa, refried beans, Spanish rice and spiced apple dessert.

WEDNESDAY: Roast beef, gravy, cottage cheese and peaches, roasted potatoes, asparagus, cake and ice cream.

THURSDAY: Turkey and Brie melts with fresh cranberry sauce, blushing fruit salad, glazed winter vegetables and pumpkin flan.

FRIDAY: Taco casserole, Spanish rice, seasoned zucchini, pumpkin bread, bananas and apricot pineapple punch.

Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.:

TUESDAY: Burger stew, brown rice, steamed broccoli, corn bread and fruit and yogurt pie.

WEDNESDAY: Tahitian chicken, squash, rice, whole wheat rolls, margarine, cantaloupe, gingerbread and whipped cream.

THURSDAY: Chili dogs with chili beans, cheddar cheese, onions, mixed vegetables, Tater Tots and watermelon.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 9:30: Spanish omelet, whole wheat English muffins, apricot jam and orange sections.

Storey County Senior Citizens Center, corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

TUESDAY: Italian sausage, German potato salad, German slaw and fruit.

WEDNESDAY: Spaghetti and meatballs, garlic bread and salad.

THURSDAY: Pot roast, vegetables, rolls and salad.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 10-11: French toast, sausage and fruit.

Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

TUESDAY: Chicken tender sandwiches, macaroni salad, beans and cake.

WEDNESDAY: Enchiladas, Spanish rice, beans and tapioca.

THURSDAY: Hot turkey sandwiches, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, salad and pudding.

FRIDAY DINNER 5 p.m.: Pork chops, mashed potatoes, gravy, vegetables, salad, rolls and black forest cake.
