Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Barbecue chicken, roasted vegetables, broccoli salad, wheat bread, apple butter and fruited gelatin.

TUESDAY: Bacon, lettuce and tomato, three bean salad, cottage cheese, cranberry juice and chocolate pudding.

WEDNESDAY: Beef tostada, refried beans, cheese, lettuce, onion, tomato, sour cream, salsa, plain yogurt, strawberries and cookies.

THURSDAY: Honey apricot chicken, wild and long grain rice, California vegetables, fresh oranges and whole wheat bread.

FRIDAY: Baked meatloaf, mashed potatoes, steamed spinach, lettuce and tomato salad, whole wheat bread, apple butter and fruit cups.

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Chili cheese baked potatoes, steamed carrots, whole wheat banana muffins, peach butter, blueberry yogurt and orange banana juice.

TUESDAY: Chicken and dumplings, citrus salad, beets and fruit cobbler.

WEDNESDAY: Hungarian goulash over spinach noodles, peas and carrots, lettuce and tomato salad, whole wheat bread, peach butter and ambrosia.

THURSDAY: Turkey wraps, cranberry salad, spinach with water chestnuts, flour tortillas and pumpkin pie.

FRIDAY: Biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, hash browns, apple juice, V8 and orange juice.

Douglas County Senior Center, 1329 Waterloo Lane:

MONDAY: Cheese tortellini, marinated tomato salad, peas and carrots, garlic bread, apricots and cookies.

TUESDAY: Pepper steak, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, garbanzo salad, Mandarin oranges, oat bran bread, peach jam and frosted cherry dessert.

WEDNESDAY: Chicken pasta, vegetable medley, chopped fresh spinach, honey dressing, garlic bread and spiced applesauce.

THURSDAY: Barbecue ribs, baked beans, macaroni salad, grapes and ice cream royal.

FRIDAY: Baked Cajun cod, cream style corn, parsley butter potatoes, fresh spinach, apple spice cake and bread.

Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.:

MONDAY: Cold turkey sandwiches on whole wheat bread, tomatoes, lettuce,e onion, pickled beets, cranberry Jell-O salad and raisin bars.

TUESDAY: Lemon baked fish, brown rice, pureed butternut squash, three bean salad, bran rolls, peach butter and tangerines.

WEDNESDAY: Southwest barbecue chicken burgers, baked beans, carrot sticks and pineapple chunks.

THURSDAY: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, gravy, mixed vegetables, whole wheat rolls, margarine, apricots and cake.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 9:30: Egg and cheese breakfast burritos, sausage, hash browns, cantaloupe, cinnamon rolls and orange juice.

Storey County Senior Citizens Center, corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

MONDAY: Chicken jambalaya, green beans and fruit.

TUESDAY: Barbecue chicken, baked beans, corn on the cob and salad.

WEDNESDAY: Shepherd’s pie, spinach and salad.

THURSDAY: Creamy pork chops and herbs, baked potatoes, broccoli and salad.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 10-11: Baked potato omelet, sausage and fruit.

Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

MONDAY: Spaghetti, squash, salad, garlic biscuits and pudding.

TUESDAY: Chicken tenders, potatoes, cottage cheese, fruit and sherbet.

WEDNESDAY: Lasagna, green salad, garlic bread and ice cream sundaes.

THURSDAY: Fish and chips, coleslaw, biscuits and cake.

FRIDAY: Breakfast skillets, biscuits and fruit.
