Jacksons, 1615 E. Fifth St., scored 100 points.
Mustang Sallie’s, Deuce’s Grill, 420 N. Carson St., scored 100 points.
Save Mart Supermarkets, bakery, 4348 S. Carson St., scored 100 points.
Save Mart Supermarkets, deli, 4348 S. Carson St., scored 100 points.
Save Mart Supermarkets, meat, 4348 S. Carson St., scored 100 points.
Save Mart Supermarkets, produce, 4348 S. Carson St., scored 100 points.
Save Mart Supermarkets, seafood, 4348 S. Carson St., scored 100 points.
Starbucks, 3325 Retail Drive, Suite 200, scored 100 points.
Super Burrito, 1250 S. Carson St., scored 100 points.
Save Mart Supermarkets, grocery, 4348 S. Carson St., scored 99 points. The floors in both bathrooms were not made up of one piece of linoleum, making the surfaces difficult to clean and maintain.
Pizza Factory, 3120 E. Highway 50, Suite 3, scored 95 points. A pitcher was found in the employee’s hand wash sink, corrected on site. The floor in the walk-in refrigerator was dirty.
Red’s Old 395 Grill, 1055 S. Carson St., scored 91 points. Employees were seen drinking soft drinks on the food preparation line. The garbage compactor was not closed. Grease was found on a concrete slab near the grease receptacle. The concrete floor between the fryers and the food preparation line were deteriorating. The outdoor employee break area was littered with trash.
