Camie Cragg Fitness selected as finalist for Family Owned Business Awards

Reno-based gym and personal training facility Camie Cragg Fitness (CCF) has been chosen as one of three finalists for Nevada Business Magazine’s Family Owned Business Awards for the Northern Nevada “Shape Up” category, which celebrates companies that promote healthy lifestyles in their community.

“Being a small business owner, it is greatly appreciated and a true honor to be apart of such a great community that supports the energy of what CCF has to offer,” said Camille Lyman, owner and founder of CCF in a press release. “Without our amazing team and belief system from our peers, CCF wouldn’t be where it is at today, nor would we have passion to keep the momentum moving forward.”

Nevada Business Magazine’s annual Family Owned Business Awards honor 60 outstanding organizations from across Nevada. Three finalists are selected from 10 categories in both northern and southern Nevada, making for a total of 60 finalists. Winners for the northern Nevada categories will be announced at a special awards ceremony on Thursday, March 9 at the Peppermill Resort Spa Casino.

Since opening it’s doors in 2011, Camie Cragg Fitness has been unwaveringly committed to both it’s clients and the entire Reno community. The gym’s charity program, camUNITY, has raised more than $135,000 for community members struck by tragedy. Additionally, founder Camille Lyman was recently recognized as a Reno-Tahoe Young Professionals Network’s Twenty Under 40 award winner, reserved for the regions’ most promising young community leaders.
