Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Italian sausage on hot dog buns, onions and peppers, pickled beets, grape juice and cookies.

TUESDAY: Swiss steak with tomato sauce, brown rice, broccoli, house salad, assorted dressing, savory style beans and fruit cups.

WEDNESDAY: Macaroni and cheese with ham, California mixed vegetables, ambrosia, French bread with margarine.

THURSDAY: Herb baked chicken, bread stuffing, pan gravy, peas and onions, house salad, assorted dressing and mixed berry cups.

FRIDAY: Hot dogs on a bun, potato salad, coleslaw, watermelon, apple pie and ice cream.

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Lemon pepper fish, minestrone soup, corn, whole wheat bread, margarine and mixed fruit.

TUESDAY: Beef tacos, ranch style beans, corn, and orange rice pudding.

WEDNESDAY: Oven fried chicken, baked potatoes, sour cream, chives, steamed peas and carrots, garden salad, honey dressing, fruited gelatin dessert, cracked wheat bread and apple jelly.

THURSDAY: Tuna salad, garden vegetable soup, Tater Tots, crackers, whole wheat rolls, margarine and peaches.

FRIDAY: Biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, hash browns, and apple, V8 and orange juice.

Douglas County Senior Center, 1329 Waterloo Lane:

MONDAY: Seafood chowder, egg salad sandwiches, vanilla yogurt with raspberries and orange banana juice.

TUESDAY: Combination pizza, Greek salad, fresh pineapple, pink lemonade and ice cream.

WEDNESDAY: Fajita steak salad with roasted onion, green and red peppers, avocado, salsa, ranch dressing, fresh pineapple and chocolate eclairs.

THURSDAY: Chicken pasta, herbed vegetable medley, chopped fresh spinach, honey dressing, garlic bread and spiced applesauce.

FRIDAY: Red, white and blue barbecue: Cheeseburgers with lettuce, tomatoes and onions, potato salad, raspberry and blueberry kabobs and red velvet cupcakes.

Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.:

MONDAY: Ham and Swiss sandwiches on whole wheat bread, carrots and peas, Tater Tots and Mandarin oranges.

TUESDAY: French dip, mixed vegetables, pasta salad and apple crisp.

WEDNESDAY: Spaghetti with meat sauce, baked acorn squash, colorful salad, whole wheat bread, margarine and yogurt pops.

THURSDAY: Chicken Caesar salad, vegetable soup, potato salad, whole wheat rolls, margarine and watermelon.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 9:30: Pancakes with margarine and syrup, scrambled eggs, sausage, strawberries and orange juice.

Storey County Senior Citizens Center, corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

MONDAY: Sloppy Joe’s, roasted potatoes, carrots, celery and yogurt and bananas.

TUESDAY: Onion pork chops, zucchini, rice and salad.

WEDNESDAY: Pesto chicken Florentine, rolls, salad and strawberries.

THURSDAY: Deli sandwiches, coleslaw and watermelon.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 10-11: N/A

Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

MONDAY: Hot turkey sandwiches, mashed potatoes, peas and carrots, salad, oatmeal raisin cookies and oranges.

TUESDAY: Burritos with green sauce, Spanish rice, refried beans and tapioca.

WEDNESDAY: Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, salad, dinner rolls and ice cream sundaes.

THURSDAY: Pastrami and Swiss on rye bread, potato salad, beans and peach strudel.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 8:30: Biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, fruit and sweet rolls.
