Safe Grad needs more volunteers

The Carson High School Safe Grad event is looking for additional volunteers.

Safe Grad is a Carson High tradition held for graduating seniors to have a safe and fun last event with all of their peers after graduation. The event will be held June 4-5 at the Carson City Community Center.

This year, the event still needs about 90 volunteers to help with bag check, food, games and activities, door monitors, raffles, set-up and clean-up. There are four possible shifts: 8 to 12 p.m. June 4; 10 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. June 4-5; 12 to 3 a.m. June 5; and 3 to 6 a.m. June 5.
