I’m talking about.

What brings you joy?

Is it whimsical statues
Or slinkys bobbing about?
Positive change
Is what it’s all about.
Really, it comes
From the inside out.
Not a single month
Or a day or two
Something you can live with
And feel better too.
A wonderful facility
Not just a gym
A unique wellness center
It will take you in.
