The tenant subleased 32,000 square feet at 875 E. Patriot Boulevard, Suite 207 in Reno. Paul Infantino of RE/MAX represented the sublessee. Bryan Gardner of Reno Property Management represented the sublessor American Music Supply, Inc.

Spintetti Machinery

The tenant leased 5,156 square feet at 5475 Louie Lane in Reno. Joel Fountain of Dickson Commercial Group represented the tenant.

The tenant leased 6,500 square feet at 250 Chism Street in Reno. Skylo Dangler of Dickson Commercial Group represented the tenant.

CMC Tire, Inc.

Dalfen America Corp.

The company purchased a 5-building, 1.25 million square feet in Reno. Scott Pertel and the San Francisco office of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. represented the seller.

Westcore Properties

The company acquired a 12-building, 1,170,000-square foot property portfolio at various locations in Reno-Sparks for apprximately $54.5 million. J. Michael Hoeck, Michael Nevis, Dave Simonsen, and Steve Kucera of Kidder Mathews along with Anthony Brent, Ryan Martin and Scott Pertel of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. represented the seller.
