VIP Rubber and Plastic is moving a recently acquired plastic division from Ontario, California to Douglas County. The company purchased a building near Johnson Lane in Minden and plans to create 40 jobs at its new northern Nevada location. VIP’s main manufacturing facility located in La Habra, California will be unaffected by the move.
