Scandia Realty Group, Inc. is moving into a new facility at 1155 S. Rock Blvd. after signing a multi-year lease. Tom Miller and Brad Lancaster of Miller Industrial Properties represented the landlord, Libitzky Properties, in the transaction of the 23,000-square-foot-space. Scandia plans to use the facility for the distribution of the Danish clothing line Kastel Denmark by Charlotte Jorst.
