Todd Blonsley, vice president investments at Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services announced the sale of the Sierra Bonita Apartments, located at 1360 Nannette in Reno.
Blonsley facilitated the sale of the 42-unit apartment property between Varnum, LLC, the seller and Sierra Bonita Apartments, LLC, the buyer. The sale closed escrow July 29, at a price of $2,830,000, representing a capitalization rate of 7.07 percent.
