RPM Investments has purchased the Las Brisas Pavilions, a 14,000-square-foot retail complex at 5020-5030 Las Brisas Boulevard in Reno, for $4.175 million. The complex is home to Squeeze-In, Beach Hut Deli, Sushi 7, Keva Juice, American Family Insurance, Affordable Blinds and Goodwill Express. Roxanne Stevenson, senior vice president of retail properties for the Reno office of Colliers International Group Inc., represented the seller, McKenzie Capital Partners, LLC.
