Amy Preston

Amy Preston has been named general manager of the new Courtyard by Marriott Reno Downtown hotel.

Preston, who has more than 20 years experience in hotel management, previously held general manager positions with Residence Inn, Courtyard by Marriott and Hilton Garden Inn. She has held positions at properties in Albuquerque, Santa Fe, N.M., Oakland, Vacaville, Calif., and Fresno, Calif.
