Benjamin Q. Johnson of Johnson-Perkins & Associates, has been named 2014 president of the Reno-Carson-Tahoe Appraisal Chapter.
Other elected officers were: Gregory D. Ruzzine, Johnson-Perkins & Associates, vice-president; Kelly A. Pyron, Hutchinson Valuation, Inc., secretary; and Robert Schiffmacher, Warren & Schiffmacher, LLC; treasurer.
Paul Bruk of Bruk Real Estate and Chad J. Gerken of Johnson-Perkins & Associates were named as directors.
