William Lindqvist, Dennis Goldstein and Michael Carroll, former executives of Homestake Mining Co., have joined the strategic advisory board of Reno-based Dakota Territory Resource Corp.
Dakota Territory is focused on development of gold properties in the Black Hills of South Dakota.
