Dermody Properties says it sold a 17,836-square-foot commercial building at 445 S. Virginia St. The Reno-based industrial developer says it’s selling non-core assets. Patrick Morrissey of Morrissey Realty represented Dermody in the sale of the sale of the property to a private buyer.
