Chef Mark Estee has struck a deal to manage Heritage, the 4,000-square-foot restaurant to open in the Whitney Peak Hotel in downtown Reno and will oversee the hotel’s food and beverage operations.
Estee is the chef/owner of Campo Reno and Campo Mammoth, chez louie, a French inspired restaurant in the Nevada Museum of Art, Glenbrook Club, and two Burger Me! restaurants in Reno and Truckee.
The hotel is scheduled to open this spring. Details of the transaction between Estee and Whitney Peak weren’t disclosed.
