Pilot Gold and Nevada Sunrise Gold Corp., both of Vancouver, said last week they’ve created a joint venture for exploration of the Kinsley Mountain gold project in Elko County. Pilot Gold will hold a 78 percent interest, and Nevada Sunrise will hold a 22 percent interest in the joint venture.
