Sparks Florist, Inc. took first place in the annual Reno Rose Society’s annual Rose Competition in the professional division, July 11 at the McKinley Arts Center.
The winning entry, designed by Design Manager Tony Fiannaca featured roses with a “Steam Punk” theme.
