Graphite claims acquired

Lithium Corporation, a Reno-based mining company, said it acquired a graphite exploration prospect in the Shuswap area of British Columbia.

The company said it paid 250,000 shares of its common stock, which were trading at 3 cents, for a 100 percent interest in the property.

The company also has staked four claims in the area, bringing its land position to 3,406 acres.
