Grand Sierra Resort and Casino was awarded a 2015 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence for consistently achieving outstanding traveler reviews on the online travel guide site.
To qualify for the Certificate of Excellence, businesses must maintain an overall rating of four (or higher) out of a possible five, as reviewed by travelers on TripAdvisor.com. This is GSR’s third Certificate of Excellence from Trip Advisor. In 2013, GSR received a Certificate of Excellence for Elements Buffet and also received a 2014 Certificate of Excellence for hospitality.
