Melissa Molyneaux and Tim Ruffin, brokers in the office division of Colliers International, Reno, earned the Top Office Sale Award at the annual Society of Industrial and Office Realtors’ Northern California Chapter holiday luncheon.

Molyneaux and Ruffin earned the award for the $7.2 million sale of the 45,152-square-foot Northern Nevada Corporate Center 1 at 10509 Professional Circle in Reno.
