Inception Mining Inc. of Salt Lake City says it struck a deal with Crawford Cattle Co. to acquire 16,000 acres of mineral rights in Elko and Humboldt counties, about 70 miles north of Winnemucca.
The acquisition, expected to close by the second quarter of 2014, involves properties near the Turquoise Ridge and Pinson Mine properties.
