Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Co. has retained the industrial properties group of NAI Alliance to lease its 2-million-square-foot portfolio in Reno and Sparks.
The deal covers spaces ranging from 5,000 to 400,000 square feet in flex and bulk-industrial properties.
