The Hardwood Flooring Co. is launching a 3,600-square-foot store in the Mill @ McCarran Center in east Reno.
The retailer is owned by Craig and Tehresa Yutzy. He’s worked in the flooring business in the Reno area for 30 years.
The business leased the space from Basin Street Properties. David Woods and Matt Grimes of CBRE Inc. represented both The Hardwood Flooring Co. and Basin Street.
