New Reno branch for credit union

United Federal Credit Union will break ground Sept. 4 on a branch at 980 Ambassador Drive in northwest Reno.

Construction manager of the $2 million, 6,500-square-foot project is The Redmond Company of Waukesha, Wis. Northern Nevada subcontractors will handle much of the work, the credit union said. The building will include multiple drive-through lanes, an automated teller and 10 offices.
