Peppermill staff

Daniel Duran, Amanda Miller, David Crisp, Robert Kidd and Terry Davis have joined the food and beverage staff at Peppermill Resort Spa Casino.

Duran was hired as manager of Café Milano.

He previously was manager of Western Villages’ Pancho and Willies restaurant.

Miller was named manager of Oceano restaurant.

She previously was assistant manager of Pancho and Willies restaurant.

Crisp was named manager of Biscotti’s and Café Biscotti’s.

He previously was food and beverage manager at Western Village Inn and Casino.

Kidd was hired as director of beverage operations.

He most recently he worked for John Ascuaga’s Nugget and worked at casinos and restaurants in Las Vegas.

Davis has rejoined the Peppermill as the maitre’d of BIMINI steakhouse.
