Stephen V. Festa

Stephen V. Festa has been named executive vice president and chief operating officer for Employers Holdings. Inc.

Festa, who has more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, previously was senior vice president, chief claims officer for Employers, a Reno-based workers compensation carrier. He currently serves as chairman of the board of governors of the California Insurance Guarantee Association.
