HATCH, a cooperative studio for photographers, videographers and artists, will open this spring at 100 Washington St.
The 2,000-square-foot space will include five studio bays, four sets and a viewing room for guests.
Owners Jeramie Lu and Ron Kots says they plan a secondary location in the California Avenue corridor.
