Suzanne Trout, Rhonda Carano

Suzanne Trout has joined the executive staff at Eldorado Resorts, Inc., while Rhonda Carano has been promoted by the company.

Trout was named senior vice president of marketing and advertising.

She previously served as chief marketing officer for Rush Street Gaming. Tout, who has more than 30 years of gaming marketing experience, also served as the regional vice president of marketing for Harrah’s Entertainment.

Carano was appointed senior vice president of design and development at Eldorado.

Carano, who has 40 years of gaming industry experience, most recently served as the senior vice president of marketing and creative services.
