Thomas E. Gallagher of Reno and Ian Rogoff of Incline Village have been named to the board of trustees of the Desert Research Institution Foundation board of trustees.
Gallagher is an investor and entrepreneur. Rogoff is co-founder and general partner with Sierra Nevada Partners.
