Tiffany Ross has been promoted to manager of client care services with the Jan Mackenzie Group, a division of RE/MAX Realty Affiliates.
Ross started her real estate career in 2002 working in the escrow/title industry. She worked in administration for a national real estate company before joining the Jan Mackenzie Group in 2008 as an administrative assistant.
