William “Larry” Fagerhaug has been named chief human resources officer at Carson Tahoe Health.
Fagerhaug previously served as vice president of organization development at Community Medical Center in Missoula, Mont. He has more than 30 years experience in human resources management.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in biological science from California State University, Fullerton, and a master’s degree in business from Capella University in Minneapolis.
