Weary Willie: Emmett Kelly, a clown, from Lake Tahoe will entertain youngsters at the Douglas County Fair in Gardnerville. Kelly is a veteran of 46 years in show business. Fourteen were spent as a clown with the “Greatest Show on Earth — the Ringling Brothers Barnum and Bailey Circus.”
